Terms of Service

1. Service

MalikActions provides the Smart QR Generator API and web tools, including POST /v1/qr/generate and GET /v1/qr/render/{slug}, plus GPT Action integration for ChatGPT. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not encode unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or sexually explicit content, phishing URLs, or malware.
• Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer rate limits, or circumvent security.
• You are responsible for the payloads you submit and for testing scannability before print/production use.

3. QR Codes & Availability

QR slugs are 8-character identifiers retained for 12 months. Preview URLs (https://api.malikactions.com/v1/qr/render/{slug}) and management URLs (https://malikactions.com/qr/{slug}) are provided as-is. We target 99.5% monthly availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, render, and transmit it to fulfill the service. MalikActions branding, API design, and docs remain our property.

5. Privacy

Our handling of QR payloads and logs is described in the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. This page supports OpenAI GPT Builder domain verification.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that QR codes will scan in all readers, printers, or lighting conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MalikActions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to USD $100 or amounts you paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete QR assets that violate these terms or the law, and may rate-limit or block abusive clients. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion via support@malikactions.com.

9. Changes & Contact
